Procedure for Acquiring a Gas Safety Certificate

It is a legal requirement for Landlords to have an annual Gas Safety Certificate or CP12.  Without it you can be fined, prosecuted and have issues evicting a tenant.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Step 2: Provide Property Details

  • During checkout, please include the full address of the property that requires the Gas Safety.

Step 3: Appointment Confirmation

  • After completing the checkout, our team will review your order.
  • You will be contacted within the next 12-24 hours by one of our representatives to arrange a suitable time for the GAS Safety appointment.

Step 4: Schedule the Assessment

  • During the call or email, we will coordinate the most convenient date and time for the appointment.
  • We use third party Gas Safety engineers to come out to your property and certify.

Step 5: Receive Your Gas Safety Certificate

  • You will receive the Gas Safety certificate within 24-48 hours of the assessment via email or post, as per your preference.
