Cancellation Policy for Our Services
We require a minimum of three days' notice for any cancellations of our services. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund, provided the service has not yet been actioned.
How to Cancel
To cancel, please contact us at services@berkshirecounty.co.uk. Our team will confirm your cancellation and provide any necessary instructions. Cancellations without prior notice or less than three days before the scheduled service date will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions
Please note that certain services, especially those customized or booked as non-refundable appointments, may not be eligible for cancellation. If you have questions about a specific booking, please reach out to our team.
Not Eligible for Refund
Once a service has been performed, it is considered complete and non-refundable. We ask that all cancellations be made at least three days before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a refund. Services that have already been carried out, partially or fully, cannot be refunded.
Refund Process
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund within this period, please contact us for assistance at services@berkshirecounty.co.uk.
