The reduced commission rates or fees apply only to the sale of residential properties.
Additional services, such as conveyancing, mortgage advice, or surveys, are not included in the Offer and will be charged at standard rates.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by Berkshire County & Co LTD.

Berkshire County & Co LTD reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time without prior notice.

If the Offer is withdrawn, all qualifying clients who have signed a service agreement before the withdrawal will still be eligible for the discounted rates.

Any fees payable by the client will be outlined in the service agreement. Berkshire County & Co LTD will provide a breakdown of applicable fees in writing before services are rendered.
The discounted commission will only be applied upon the successful sale of the property.

Berkshire County & Co LTD will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in this Offer, except as required by law.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
