  • Withdrawal or Termination of Offer

    Berkshire County & Co LTD reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time without prior notice.

    If the Offer is withdrawn, all qualifying clients who have signed a service agreement before the withdrawal will still be eligible for the discounted rates.

  • Payment and Fees

    Any fees payable by the client will be outlined in the service agreement. Berkshire County & Co LTD will provide a breakdown of applicable fees in writing before services are rendered.

    The discounted commission will only be applied upon the successful sale of the property.

  • Liability

    Berkshire County & Co LTD will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in this Offer, except as required by law.

  • Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
